International Shipping and Customs Fees

Lost and Returned Orders Policy

  • Returned Orders: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, we will notify you. You can choose to have the order reshipped (additional shipping costs apply) or receive a refund for the product cost (shipping costs are non-refundable).
